How It’s Made
The grapes were harvested naturally frozen in late December, once temperatures dropped between -10°C and -13°C. After pressing, the juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel and naturally cold stabilized outdoors — a traditional Icewine process that preserves both concentration and acidity
