Winemaker's Description

This Chardonnay has been meticulously crafted, aged for 13 months in 100% French Oak barrels, and a slow, cool primary fermentation, followed by 100% malo-lactic fermentation. We have created a vintage that is both refined and soft on the palate. A rich and golden hue, reflecting its depth and complexity. On the nose, a complex bouquet of fruit and oak-derived nuances. Aromas of ripe pear and baked apple, intertwined with notes of vanilla bean, toasted oak, and a touch of butterscotch. Fruit flavours from the nose evolve on the palate, with pear and apple being joined by a delicate touch of citrus and a subtle creaminess. The oak aging adds layers of vanilla and toasty spice, contributing to the wine's depth.

All grapes were sourced from vineyards in Niagara on the Lake, known for producing grapes of exceptional quality, showcasing the unique terroir and climate of the region.
