Tasting Notes:
This Blueberry Wine is produced from Canadian grown blueberries and aged for 12 months. The wine boasts an intense purple colour with a bouquet of sweet blueberries with delicate notes of smoky vanilla. Flavours of blueberry flow onto the palate with a natural tart acidity.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy this Sweet Blueberry wine with a blueberry tart topped with whipped cream or brie cheese with roasted walnuts.
Growing Season and Harvest:
The fruit for this wine has been sourced and harvested from the highest quality orchards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas. This wine was then cold stabilized before being sent to bottling line.
