Inspired by the connection between florals and wine, this relaxed, self-guided tasting highlights how notes often found in blossoms, herbs, and garden botanicals appear naturally within a wine’s bouquet. Each pour will be accompanied by thoughtfully curated descriptions of floral elements, encouraging guests to discover how scent and flavour come together in a fresh, seasonal way.
Available throughout the festival weekend, this laid-back experience offers a creative way to sip, learn, and celebrate spring at your own pace while visiting Lakeview during Niagara-on-the-Lake In Bloom.
