Hosted by Lakeview Wine Co. Assistant Winemaker, Natalia Cacioli, this guided workshop blends wine education with the beauty of spring botanicals. Through a curated tasting flight paired alongside fresh floral elements, guests will discover how aromatic notes found in blossoms, herbs, and garden textures echo the bouquet and character of fine wines. From delicate floral nuances to vibrant citrus and orchard fruit expressions, each pairing reveals how terroir and aroma intertwine to shape the tasting experience.
Taking place at The Gardens at Pillar and Post on Saturday, May 9, from 4–5pm, this intimate session is designed for both wine lovers and the botanically curious. Expect an engaging, relaxed atmosphere that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and the spirit of Niagara-on-the-Lake In Bloom.
