The Charmat Method, also known as the tank method, is a winemaking technique used to produce sparkling wines. With this method, the wine is put into stainless steel tanks for its second fermentation as opposed to bottles, and is then filtered prior to bottling.

The Charmat method is favoured for its efficiency and ability to produce large quantities of sparkling wine in a relatively short time. It is known for creating wines with fresh, fruity flavours and vibrant bubbles - and this Rosé is no exception!
