2022 Twenty Bees Syrah Rosé is a delightful and refreshing wine made up of 100% Syrah grapes. Syrah is traditionally associated with producing full-bodied red wines, but when used to create a rosé it exhibits a medium body with a crisp acidity that gives a lively and vibrant character.

The 2022 Syrah Rosé used maceration. It’s the process in which, Winemaker Scott McGregor leaves the grape skins in contact with the juice for a short period, allowing a slight extraction of colour and flavour; imparting a beautiful salmon hue to the wine.

Floral characteristics lead into a bouquet of fresh summer berries and citrus notes like grapefruit.  The fresh palate displays notes of red currant, sweet cherries, raspberry, and watermelon. 

This versatile wine can be paired with a variety of dishes. The bright acidity and fruit-forward nature make it an excellent match for lighter fare such as salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, and white meats.
