2020 EastDell Malbec Black Label
The EastDell Black Label Malbec is a classic cool-climate Niagara red wine with notes of dark fruits, vanilla and black pepper. Inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of dark chocolate precede a palate rich in dark fruit, subtle vanilla, and a touch of black pepper. Velvety tannins and vibrant acidity contribute to a harmonious, full-bodied experience. The lingering finish encapsulates the meticulous craftsmanship behind this robust and expressive Malbec. Pair with grilled meats, particularly steak or lamb, to enhance the wine's bold fruitiness. Our Fresh Merlot is fermented in stainless steel for 12 days, Aged in French and American oak barrels for 5 months. Blended and bottled to preserve fruit characters. Enjoy this medium bodied wine with flavours of ripe red berries, plum and black cherry with a touch of oak and vanilla rounding out the finish. This wine pairs well with grilled burgers or hearty stews. 2020 Lakeview Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon  
A rich and bold Niagara red wine, this Cabernet Sauvignon from our premium Lakeview Cellars line pairs well with the main course. This Niagara red wine displays a rich garnet colour that boasts intense dark berry and red currant flavours, with firm tannins and a structured finish. 2020 Snow Ridge Vidal Icewine (200 ml) 
This Vidal Icewine opens with a rich, aromatic nose of apricot, honey, rose, and grapefruit, drawing you in immediately. On the palate, it deepens into layers of raisin, cinnamon, baked apple, and walnut, delivering serious complexity without tipping into heaviness.
