Mindful Sparkling Vidal: Light golden-yellow in colour, this sparkling Vidal expresses delicate aromas of orchard fruits and honey on the nose. A lively palate with notes of citrus zest, mango, pineapple, and green apple leading to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Mindful Pinot Grigio: Pale gold in colour, this crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio displays characteristics of peach, pear, apple and melon on the nose. The palate echoes these notes along with a light floral undertone.

Mindful Rosé: A delicate pink in glass, this rosé has expressive aromas of floral characteristics leading into a bouquet of fresh summer strawberries and red currants. The fresh palate displays notes of red currant, sweet cherries, raspberry and watermelon.
