2019 Malbec: Notes of pomegranate, cassis, and a subtle hint of coffee. The richness of vanilla oak spice intertwines with plum and luscious blackberries, creating a taste that is both indulgent and memorable - leading to an elegant finish.
Food pairing: pulled pork, smoked brisket, or grilled sausages. RS: 4.2 g/L

2017 Baco Noir Reserve: Smoky, strawberry and cherry characteristics. On the palate, rich leather, plum and jammy red fruit notes come through and linger on the finish.

Food pairing: grilled ribs in a smokey, tangy BBQ sauce with a side of jalapeño cornbread and potato salad. RS: 8 g/L

2017 Syrah: A deep garnet in colour, this rich and robust Niagara Syrah displays characteristics of cocoa, cherry, black pepper spice on the nose. The palate of this wine echoes complex notes of plum, cherry, dark chocolate and pepper spice.

Food pairing: barbecued ribs or alongside crostini topped with smoked Gouda and spicy red pepper jelly. RS 5g/L

2020 Sauvignon Blanc: Traditional notes of tropical fruits, gooseberry and melon which is also present on the palate along with intense citrus flavours.

Food pairing: grilled chicken or fish topped with mango salsa. RS: 

2020 Viognier: Rich and spicy with mouth-watering notes of apricot, peach and honeysuckle. This Viognier has a lovely combination of perfumed, floral aromatics and stone fruit flavours which help to give it a rounded, smooth finish.

Food pairing: heavier fish and shellfish. Thai food also works nicely being both a sweet and spicy dish. RS: 6.2 g/L

2020 Pinot Noir Rosè: Complex and rich, yet refreshingly balanced with notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of floral aromas. Intense citrus flavours are complemented by strawberry and raspberry notes with subtle tannins.
