Winemaker's Description

Winemaker's special barrel selection of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Complex and layered on the nose, shows aromas of ripe cherry and cassis, complemented by hints of vanilla and cedar. Full bodied and rich, with firm tannins and underlying flavours of cocoa and sweet spices.

Mushroom creamy risotto, rosemary and garlic steak, lamb chops, pizza.
