Sunny and dry conditions throughout fall provided ideal weather for the full and complete maturation of grapes. The grapes were gently pressed with little duration of skin contact so as not to extract too much colour or tannin.

The Serenity Pinot Noir Rosé delivers bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, and raspberries on the nose. This wine is elegant with cool, crisp notes of strawberry, dry red cherry, and lemon zest on the palate.
