The Direct-to-Consumer sales team is looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail along with passion for delivering exceptional sales and customer service, specifically in the e-commerce sales channel. This is a full-time position with shifts mostly occurring on weekdays, averaging 35 hours/week.Responsibilities include:
- Product knowledge specialist for 4 Ontario wineries and their brands.
- Provide sales fulfillment and customer service support for all online & phone orders, wine club memberships, event bookings and general winery tourism inquiries.
- Ensure all online orders are printed, packed correctly for delivery.
- Maintain and manage email databases.
- Partner with delivery team to ensure deliveries are on-time and accurate.
- Communicate with Management team on any issues that arise and offer solutions when necessary.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all wine and packing materials.
- Keeping accurate reports and order summaries.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- High regard for attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of wine considered an asset.
- Dependable & punctual.
- Confident & motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to lift 30-45 pounds (a case of wine)
- Team player with a positive attitude
You must be able to arrange your own transportation to and from work.
