As a Field Marketing Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the offsite field marketing team, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience while promoting our brands. This role is seasonal, from May to December with majority of shifts occurring on weekends and holidays.

- Lead and manage a team of offsite event staff
- Driving growth through community building and retail infiltration in key markets
- Represent our winery at offsite events such as wine festivals, tastings, and brand activations
- Sharing content on social media to support events
- Support sales team with merchandising needs such as creating displays, value adding etc.
- Lead guests through tastings and educate them on our wine and cider brands
- Promote and sell wine, cider, and merchandise
- Set up and breakdown of event spaces
- Coordinate and execute events, providing post-event reports as related to KPI’s
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory regulations of the respective Alcohol and Gaming Commission in Ontario
- Passion for wine and knowledge of wine tasting techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, offsite environment
- Must be of legal age to purchase alcohol and Smart Serve Certified
- Must have a valid G driver's license with access to a vehicle
- Post-secondary diploma / degree
- Previous experience in a leadership role in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Wine education or certifications considered an asset
- Familiar with and proficient in social media
- This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekends and evenings
- Position requires travel to offsite events and may include overnight stays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
