Lakeview Wine Co., a division of Diamond Estates is looking for a positive and energetic Online Order Fulfillment Associate. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail along with passion to delivering exceptional customer service, specifically in the e-commerce sales channel. This is a part-time position with shifts possibly occurring on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, averaging 20-30 hours/week.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all online orders are printed, packed correctly, and shipped efficiently.
- Receiving and unloading products and packing materials.
- Keep packing area neat, clean and organized.
- Communicate with Management team on any issues that arise and offer solutions when necessary.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all necessary packing materials.
- Keeping accurate reports and order summaries.
- Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with in-store stocking as needed.
Requirements:
- High regard for attention to detail
- Dependable & punctual
- Confident & motivated
- Able to work independently
- Ability to lift 30-45 pounds (a case of wine)
- Forklift training considered an asset
- Team player with a positive attitude
You must be able to arrange your own transportation to and from work.
