All grapes were sourced from vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake, known for producing grapes of exceptional quality, showcasing the unique terroir and climate of the region.

This Chardonnay has been meticulously crafted, aged for 13 months in 100% French Oak barrels and a slow cool primary fermentation, followed by 100% malo-lactic fermentation, we have created a vintage that is both refined and soft on the palate. 

Only 250 cases produced.

On the nose, a complex bouquet of fruit and oak-derived nuances. Aromas of ripe pear and baked apple, intertwined with notes of vanilla bean, toasted oak, and a touch of butterscotch. Fruit flavours from the nose evolve on the palate, with pear and apple being joined by a delicate touch of citrus and a subtle creaminess. The oak aging adds layers of vanilla and toasty spice, contributing to the wine's depth.
